Baloney on that. Season is year round. Population density is high. So I bet that dealers in Cali probably sell more bikes than anywhere else. Which translates to increased service, parts, and accessories demand, which is where a higher profit can be made.
It's just ballsy. Maybe there aren't many 2017s out there yet and they are trying to grab all the cash out of someone who just has to be one of the first to get one? Even so, it's still insulting.
