But, the court issues guidelines, and for your record and your speed, this is the guideline. The only thing that might happen is if the judge is having a bad day, and sees you as some California City-Slicker, he might want to tack on an extra twenty bucks to the fine to teach you a lesson. But if he's having a good day, you'll just hear from us when the case is complete."
