6'3" and 34" inseam...I went the route of raising the seat height with a 2" seat pad, then added handlebar risers that brought the bar up and towards me by 1.25". It helps, but I wouldn't mind if the pegs were lower and forward as well. To compensate for the lack of leg room, I also put on engine guards (was going to do that anyway) and then hiway pegs attached to the engine guards. It gives me leg room to stretch for long, hiway rides.
