Sounds like a 2013 to me. He says Arrow slip-on (singular). If it's red and you have ONE slip-on muffler , it's a '13. If it has TWO slip on mufflers , it's a '14 Delucks. If it's red and white or blue and white ...it's from the '80s . If it's fast and handles good it's a CB1000R . I could go on....

yep I should have picked up on that right away. One slip on and it's red...it's a 13, and the value is more likely in the $4995-5500 range
