Hang in there guys! I absolutely love this forum and all the great info and ideas.
Right now I am sleep deprived and running to the door every time I hear what sounds like a UPS/mail truck.
My Comet 2 fairing, black of course, is hopefully being sprayed and boxed up and sent here to “God’s country.”
Buying a “leftover” 2014 for 6600 was a great deal but I’m slowly getting to point where I’ve spent about a grand in accessories.
I likely would not have done so without the research from this forum.
I think the low traffic is just because of small amount of sales but hopefully since Honda is still making the same similar bike more people will join.
I thought I was an older rider but I think many of you are my elders, no offense, and like to talk about your heydays from the 60’s or early 70’s. I’m 55 and try not to ramble about my glory days as most younger people don’t really want to hear it just like I didn’t and you likely did not in your youth.
I think the moderators here are probably trying to keep the posts organized by topic and keep them on point. But I see some of the threads start off as a certain topic but then wander off into glory days yawns.
I think if some of these grizzled veteran riders/owners would focus on the now and keep planning for future they would be interesting and might find they are happier. It’s never too late to change, forgive, or keep a promise. I respect all the experience of an older rider but
It’s better to hear their plans and current activities.
Just my two cents.
Ok......I have to get back to being on delivery man alert. I’ll likely jump into his lap as he is bringing my box up to door
