The IACV is the idle air control valve and controls-wait for it-idle speed. 
It is a stepper motor that rotates the valve. Looks like a shaft or tube in the service manual. It is mounted in the throtle body assembly and it is not fun to get to. Your bike does have one. All the CBs do.
