Recent article in Scientific American (naturally my wife knew this already) said that active people and couch potatoes burn about the same amount of calories per day - you can't really exercize your way to loosing weight. You have to eat less (and eat right). Exercise does have other health benefits though (and lots of walks keeps your shoe salesperson out of hock).
Chocolate, especially dark chocolate (less additives like sugar) is good for you. Keep it up.
All these health issues; what we need is a good oil thread to keep our minds off of our issues.
