Yes it is. No problem on tour to use the Autobahn for a while at a commod speed of 110 - 130km/h to cover long distances although the CB can run much faster ... . I don't prefer this kind of riding but can't avoid it to drive to certain regions without wasting too much time. I prefer windshields on all of my bikes all the time. Enables me to ride much longer without sort of windstress or cold even in combination with a tankbag.
