I bought a used VRF800 sight-unseen from a dealer in Wisconsin, and paid about $600 to have it shipped to me in California. Everything was as-described. No surprises. Great bike.
That being said, for a used '13 model in the $5K range, I'd have to want ABS awfully badly to buy that bike over a brand new, zero-miles '14 Standard with a full warranty and brand-new everything for roughly the same price.
