If I understand you correctly, the use of a higher level of internet security will be mandatory in the EU from the end of May. Does that mean you will be blocked from logging into un-secured sites?
By 'keyword', do you mean password? If so, using the same password for the forum as you do for, say, your banking is crazy no matter what level of security applies to the site.
