On Ohio's interstates there is no minimum high speed lane speed limit. In Kentucky the signs read Keep Right Except to Pass, but there is no minimum high speed lane minimal limit. Some will park it there at the limit of 65 in most of Ohio or 70 in most of Kentucky. Ohio has just recently started getting into 70 mph territory on our interstates. Our OSHP (Ohio State Highway Patrol) love to pick off speeders, and are very powerful legislatively, keeping the limit as low as they can for as long as they can.
