My new 14 had flat spotted tires from the crate that took 300 miles to work themselves out , how are yours ?
and yes i would have gone for the new one also as you can brake it in knowing it was done right .
The only issue with my 2014 standard coming out of the crate 7 Nov 2017 was a battery that was replaced with a new one. Crate tires still on the bike at 10,300 miles.
