VLJ, if you can find a Honda press release that indicates that the timing has been altered once again then I'll admit to being surprised. Otherwise this just looks like the case of someone who was confused or simply did not take the time to check their facts when they wrote that review. They refer back to some of the same things and illustrations as the very first reviews of the bike years ago.
