Personal Injury Protection is probably a required coverage in Delaware and is probably not required (or is called something different) in Cali. I am not licensed in either state so I am not sure of the insurance laws there.
I went with Allied: $490. Liability 250/500/100, UM/UIM 250/500, No Med. Comprehensive and Collision. Deductables are $1000.
