Not really sure about that price for the 2013 model, unless they are starting to appreciate in value Confused.
I purchased a pre owned 2013 ABS with 3K miles for 5039.77$ OTD incl. tax/title/reg. from a dealer in Bradenton, FL on April, 2016.
Like other members have mentioned, you might be able to get a newer 2014 for 6K$.

In any case, you will get a great bike Big Grin
