Bumping this post. 

Took my wife on her first ride on our 2014DX today.

She LOVES the CB!

After a while though, she hates her knees.  Her legs are too scrunched up.

I searched the web and here (hence my reply to JRD's post) but have not found much.

Hoping someone out there has experience with lowered passenger footpegs.

On a related note: JRD, search "Butty Buddy" on the web:

       

 Discontinued, but still come up now and again for sale on eBay.  It provides both a wider and taller seat.  1" to 2" higher?  Also, you could scoot the seat back partly onto a rear rack for even more room? Easy off and on. Very comfortable.  If you can't find one on eBay, I might have an extra...
