i cant see why the ex pulls that kinda money theirs one close to me for 14 k i paid 4200 for mine 3 years ago with 1800 miles on it like new its a standard but that doesn't suggest a 10k difference for a round tank and extra chrome it boggles my mind id rather have a 14 deluxe than  a ex

I don't know if they are actually fetching that kind of money.  The ones I see advertised in the 10-14k range seem to stay on the market.  One in GA was recently sold on FB, but only after dropping the asking price from 10k to 8.5.  And who knows what the actual selling price was.  There are four EX's currently advertised in the US west and midwest in the 6.8-8k range, all in good condition.  There is a brand new (60 mi) EX in CA advertised at 10.4k but has sat on the market for a while at that price.  So I assume there is often a big difference between advertised prices and actual sale prices.
