Really love my Scala Rider Q3. I'll look into the Sena stuff and see if I think it's better/same/ not as good. The Q3 does a great job with bluetooth functionality (including streaming music, A2DP). Admittedly I've only used the actual intercom part of it maybe three times (did I mention her Rebel has 40 miles on it?)
