I have the Sena SMH10R, which is a more compact version of the SMH10 which a different control layout. The reviews on both the 10 and 10R are great, though many prefer the swivel/knob control on the 10.
Sound quality is good for music and voice calling (bass isn't great, but what do you expect from small flat speakers?) and it syncs with my iPhone seamlessly. People that call me are amazed to find that I'm going XX MPH on a motorcycle!
