The problem for me at this point is the damage is already done. My tinnitus is pretty annoying without ear plugs. BLock out the other sounds and it's all I hear and quite loudly I might add.
If someone can start using plugs BEFORE their hearing is damaged, they will be so much better off for it. Believe me.. |
