Learned about it here- tried it- and no joke, the helmet it best advised does indeed fit wonderfully better than any other I have ever had!

I order online with a reputable company that doesn't charge restocking fees. I wear it for an hour while watching TV/video games/etc.., and if it causes pain, back it goes. So far, Shoei works best for me. I had to return a Nolan, Bell and an HJC as they give me pain in my forehead. The Shoei causes pain in the cheeks, but Shoei will exchange cheek pads for free which saves me about $30-40 for new pads.
What? How? I bought new pads for mine, and my wife wants different pads for hers... I've never heard of this 'exchange' before... details please.

Hello Monte,
Yes we do offer a cheek pad exchange program which goes as followed:
Cheek Pad Exchange;
Cheek pads can be exchanged only if the helmet is brand new. If you have done anything more than try it on in the house you will need to purchase them as we cannot put used pads back into our inventory for health reasons. Please send them to the address below with a note containing the size needed as well as your name, return physical address and daytime phone number.
