Well this map is timely as I have just that--some time over the next 10 days--to explore areas east of San Diego. I see hiway 79 and the Palomar route. Others I shouldn't miss? What's Wildcat Canyon Rd like? Any thoiughts as to which way to begin / end would be good to know. Also, I love to combine a hike with a an outing. Any suggestions there? I have my camping gear with me, so it could be an overnight trip, too.
