I got a helmet from a goodwill-style thrift store once... a Bell Qualifier for 30 bucks. I was so shocked to see it and so shocked that it was in my exact size that i purchased it immediately. I hadn't upgraded to nicer helmets yet so this was a huge find for me. I ended up using that helmet for years and to this day I don't know if it was a great idea or not....
