You could be right. The rest of the season will be very interesting. Jackass is getting passed too easily at this stage, something I wouldn't have expected after the first few rounds. Where's the problem, is it man or machine? Or both? KTM and Jack need to get back on song or Jack will not see the season out as the champ. Fenati is also an enigma. Red hot in the first few rounds and now looking much more ordinary. An exciting end to the season indeed.
In any case a move to the premiere class next season may be a mistake, particularly on an uncompetitive machine. To go to Moto2 as the champ, and to a competitive team, I would have thought would be the ideal outcome at the seasons end. He's still a pup so a long way to go for him. Though it hurts me to say it, I don't think he is as good as Marquez. The senior that is.
