Mistakes can happen, and if an honest attempt is made at correcting things all is good. I would suggest however that if someone is a repeat offender there should be some consequences, for example on the second offense they are banned from placing classified ads and on the third strike they get kicked off the board permanently.

I will say that I personally have had several experiences with purchasing items from individuals here and in every case they have been exemplary gentlemen and an absolute pleasure to deal with.
