My Son Wants to Start Riding

Congrats MG ! What sort of bike does is he looking towards ? My son got his license last summer and we went for a few rides together, a good thing to share. I'm excited and anxious that he's coming to the rally with me in May.

My son is seriously considering a Kawasaki Ninja 300. It seems like a nice bike to start on. I've always been a fan of Kawasaki and have owned a Vulcan 900, a Ninja 650 and a Ninja ZX6R; all of which I thoroughly enjoyed riding.

I'm also a fan of that new 300. Too bad it wasn't available in 2012 when my son got his m/c endorsement. I bought him a 2012 CBR250R in red/white/blue w/ ABS. He rode that bike for 3 yrs commuting to school & college b/f recently selling it. These small sport bikes make very good learner bikes.
