Red light dilemma

Interesting, debatable, even arguable, but I like it myself. I predict some will take advantage of this and put themselves and other motorist in harm’s way. During the day, timers are still utilized locally. One does not have to wait that long before a light will change, unless …. you are turning right and waiting for an arrow. It’s just after 11PM that I have troubles with the lights. During the day is when I foresee troubles.
