I seems that Harley was feasting on revenue typically "reserved" for aftermarket companies that sell products for solving the low speed "fueling" issue that all new bikes seem to have due to emissions control. Am I accurate here? I guess putting labels such as "competition only" and "not for street use" didn't fly with the EPA.

I wonder if the EPA will go after aftermarket companies next?
