Photograghy on a bike

I use a small camera (Canon Power Shot ELPH 320HS) which requires me to remove my right glove, which I sit on, and ride with my throttle lock engaged, snapping with the right hand. I use this camera because it is the one I own, not counting my smart phone. There are safer alternatives, I'm sure. Make sure you wear your protective gear (except the one glove).
