1 in 10 will have the "experience", eh?... since you have had the episode... guess 9 of us are "safe" ...for awhile at least!... seriously,... glad for you that you are "passed" the episode & that you might want to now prepare your tea cup alongside a shot of apple cider vinegar...& you were lucky to not have a downed bike on your ride home!... thanks for sharing... cringed in sympathy regarding the pain!!!
