Frulk, great contrast of experiences between your HD dealer and your Honda dealer. Among the car and motorcycle dealerships that I frequent, I can't say that one brand consistently offers a superior customer service experience versus another -- I think it's a dealer-specific attribute, and I direct my dollars accordingly. I'm happy to know your Harley dealer treats you with the care, attentiveness and respect you deserve. I wish all of my dealers treated their customers the same way. I believe it would enhance customer loyalty and enable a more successful business model.
