I ran into a test engineer for Indian out on an Indian a week after the unveiling in Stugis and got to talking to him. Back at the factory they had a bunch of different bikes and his favorite was the Thunderbird because of the sheer power. He was seduced. 
I ran into a local guy at the dealership that had one and he was raving about it. That said, you don't see too many around (this is not really a bad thing). I've been tempted myself.
