I was amazed that someone would ride the same motorcycle for 41 years averaging 24,390 miles per year
He could have had his engine rebuilt I suppose and then technically said he put it all on 1 engine, but the only thing that might have been original is the cases.
I don't care a million miles on the same basic motorcycle is quite a bit of riding on 1 bike. Most guys like to brag they have had 30, 40, 50 even 60 bikes since the mid 70's. This guy had but ONE, and rode the wheels off the thing!
In Ferret's book, this guy is a RIDER! Much admiration here.
