Guys, thanks for the condolences. Much appreciated. The only update I've had since the accident (well, it really wasn't an "accident" in my book) is that the guy was DUI. I don't know what his blood alcohol level was but in this state, DUI is not a felony until it's your third offense. He'll probably get a few years probation. Even though it's been cold and snowy here the past few weeks, I can tell you I've lost my spirit for riding.
