The previous owner of my ST put Harley pegs on the slider bars that built on the bike. The tubes are smaller than the pegs require and are not round where mounted. He had bent some washers to act as filler/spacers. Didn't work perfectly, so I cut a piece of aluminum from some flat stock I had and shaped it in a curve. Works like a champ.
Something like that might work for you if you can't find exactly what you want.
