Two up on the CB
#3
I get 5 or 6 mpg more when 2 up riding. We take it easy and enjoy the view. Crusing along at 2500 rpm? No need to downshift going up small hills. Plenty of low end torque. Steep, sharpe uphill turns in gravel? Steady as a rock. Comfort? For a non-cruiser, the bench seat and decent leg room (and sissy bar) makes rides very enjoyable for most passengers.

I have a good 10" in height over my wife. She doesn't mind and instead looks out either side, trusting me to keep both wheels on the ground. She oten comments that she sees things along the familair roads she has missed over the years when driving a car.

Gun the bike when she least expects it? Not if I ever want to get another bike. Smile
