Good on the US Senate.

Quoterofiling means the illegal use of the fact that a person rides a motorcycle or wears motorcycle-related apparel as a factor when law enforcement officers decide to stop and question, take enforcement action, arrest or search a person or vehicle with or without a legal basis.
It's a curious use of the word 'profiling'. I wonder why they don't simply say 'targeting'?

Because they call it profiling in the states. When someone is targeted for anything other than actually doing something wrong, they call it profiling.
It's a buzzword that gets people po'd.
