It's not me. This was all from what he said on the other forum. He stated that is was due to the fact that the rider was involved in a high speed chace, running from the police, that they were not liable for the damage. They said nothing about who was on the bike.
I guess it's kind of like if you wreck on a drag strip they won't cover you because you are putting yourself at a higher risk by doing something that can be dangerous (according to them). Personally I think rush hour traffic is 10x more dangerous than any drag strip, and I've been on both.
