Motorbike Hoon

I have actually. He had this awful custom painted ‘14 standard, I was cruising along home on mine when we crossed paths. Apparently he was going the same direction as I cause he merged right next to me, proceeded to do a painfully forced and poorly executed clutch up wheelie right next to me. He sped off and I followed him, not by choice but because he was going my exact route home. He then proceeded to literally jump the speed bumps on my neighborhood road, and just ride like the bike had an on/off switch for a throttle. This was very close to my house so the whole thing was very odd.

Someone please correct me if this fellow was not actually “hooning”, still not 100% sure of the definition.
