That's right on the money
I have five bikes and all get ridden over our relatively short six-month riding season so each one only gets a few thousand miles on it every year.
Riding has to fit in around daily life and summer chores.
The two vintage bikes only get maybe 1000 miles each. The others quite a bit more, but the total is probably only 8000.
