Wow you ARE restoring it. I had a 67 305 Scrambler. My first big bike and the bike that taught me I could actually go someplace besides the county I lived in.
If you have restoration questions, you might pm Forum member Razor. He seems to be a bit of an expert on the subject.
BTW I don't remember the rear brake pedal being that straight
Edit.. I did a google image search and indeed its supposed to be pretty straight. Memory is a funny thing.
