"It was called La Jamais Contente, meaning Never Satisfied and was the first in the history of mankind to overcome the barrier of dreams - 100 km/h. On April 29, 1899, the cigar-like silver-red car pulled exactly 105.88 km/h-65.8 miles/h, causing ecstasy in the press all over the world.

La Jamais Contante was equipped with two electric motors with a total power of 50 kW and weighed 1,450 kg (3,197 lbs) with batteries.
