Since I don't feel the need to go 90 on my way to work, most of my waving is done with two fingers on my right hand as the rest of my hand is on the throttle, while another rider zips past at about 20mph faster than me.

And can you imagine how painful it must have been for that girl sawing her arm? She must have held that pose, half-way-through, for days while the guy was painting.
