So, along the lines of vehicles being stolen, I thought this was fun...
We used to keep a Ford truck parked behind our office for errands. We're in a sketchy part of town, and it was stolen a few times and recovered, and finally stolen for good.
The boss replaced it with his old beat up Honda van, which we gutted to use as a hauler. It fits the neighborhood, but he's concerned about it being stolen as well.
Yesterday, I rigged it with a switch to cut off the fuel pump trigger wire from the ECU. The switch is buried under a particularly soft piece of interior trim, which can be pressed to activate the pump. I told the staff that I'd pay $50 to anyone who can find the switch, but that I'd charge $50 to show them where it is. I can use the $50.
