How do you fuel up?

It happens to mine, but my solution is to fill the tank slower from the beginning. Also I tuck the nozzle under the lip of the filler neck so the fuel doesn't pour straight downward. I still have to top, rest, top, but usually it's just 2 or 3 clicks. I do try to get it right to the lower edge of the filler neck, though. That's not so I can eke out a few more miles, but so I have consistency on my range estimate. I still stop 20-30 miles before I have to, but it's comforting to know that I actually have 20-30 miles left and not 5-10 or something.
