How do you fuel up?

Having filled the tank of my 2013 for the grand total of 3 times since I've had it, I can confidently state that I use the side stand and have not had any delay in filling up - not that I pull the pump trigger all the way to start with.

Also, most of the garages round here (apart from the forecourts on supermarkets) require you to go into the shop to pay. We do have fuel apps that allow car drivers to pay automatically whilst sat in their cars using their smartphones but us bikers are not allowed to use these as it means using highly dangerous mobile phones on the forecourt that may spark and thus cause an explosion - now, if anyone has had a static shock into their ears whilst using their smartphones, I would like to hear of it.
