My stuff showed up in a "Comoto" box, filled with Revzilla material. That's the company that now owns them and Cycle Gear, and JP Cycle.
I needed to order some additional bits to complete a project on the 300. Don't really want to have more hassles with Revzilla, but the last guy did promise me a ten dollar account credit for the hassles on my last order. Put the items in the shopping cart, looked for a magic discount of ten dollars like the guy promised, but didn't see anything. Called their customer service, waited 'till I got someone, and explained that the last guy promised to credit ten bucks to my account. She put me on hold, came back and said "Well, I don't see any notes in your file saying you're supposed to get ten dollars." I raised a little stink, and she gave me a ten dollar discount for my order.
Never had these problems with them before, and this will be my last order unless I'm absolutely stuck with no other options.
