I think it was on this site that heard problems with them, gosh, a couple years ago. So I stopped using them. Revzilla or Babbitt's instead.

Honda parts seem to be ordered from Honda so it takes weeks to months to get parts - but they show up (seems real long delays are due to the world wide shortages).

But there needs to be a way to shut websites down ASAP when companies die. This never should have been allowed to continue.
