I dont mind interstates except close to big cities. I dont follow semis or pick ups with general junk in the back including ladders. I leave enough space in front of me to avoid tire shreds in the road.
My phobia is left turners. I never trust someone coming at me with their turn signal on to actually stop and not whip in front of me. I hit one in 1969 that hurt me pretty bad. I almost gave up riding afterwards. Recently a guy on the ST forum from Texas I've known for 10 years named Paul, nice guy, anyhow he flew to Cali to pick up a bike on a Fly and Ride, made it 3 miles from home when a left turner took him out. Took me awhile after hearing that not to feel weird when riding.
For me it's left turners.
Oh and heights, and bugs and snakes, slimy stuff, weird foods lol
