Interesting random conversation = good memory

That’s a cool story! Had something similar a few evenings ago, waiting outside a pub with Mrs. and another couple, out to dinner to celebrate the new year.

I heard my name from someone in another group waiting for tables. It turned out to be an old coworker from Disneyland. I wouldn’t have seen him since I left in 1990, but somehow he recognized me. We chatted for a few minutes, but since we were both with our respective groups, we had to move on.
